Burgundy is the new black!

As I mentioned in the previous post, I love burgundy color, especially during the wintertime. It’s calm, goes amazing with many other colors. Click here and see the most amazing choices in this color.

Nowadays, brides are changing the tradition of bridesmaid dresses. They are mixing it up with mismatched bridesmaid dresses, pursuing unique and gorgeous dresses with different styles, fabrics, and colors. This trend allows the bridesmaids to highlight their personality and ensure they are wearing a dress that makes them feel great.

It shows a new set of challenges when using mismatched bridesmaid dresses. So if it’s not done right, the bride will have a disjointed-looking bridal party rather than a cohesive, complementary one. So it is important to decide which mismatched route the bride wants to go. Here are the details of each way to do it.

The bridesmaid is one of the most important parts of the wedding. So finding perfect bridesmaid dresses is necessary to attend a wedding as a bridesmaid. For bridesmaid dresses, eclectic, soft and elegant are all the rage.

In the modern wedding, the mismatched bridesmaid theme is becoming more and more popular over the years. In this trend, some brides are more willing that their attendants will be in very similar bridesmaid dresses but all in different shades of one color. For example, if the wedding color pink, the bridesmaid dresses would be in various shades of pink, from blush pink to pearl pink. The bride could even have the maid of honor in a similar dress of that same color family.

The other brides are taking mismatched bridesmaid dresses to a whole new level. In these wedding, the bridesmaids will wear completely different dresses.

When it comes to the burgundy ones, here are my favorites from bmbridal.com (I loooove love them):
